An established business owner and property owner with assets in New York City, Long Island and Upstate. Todd, principal, is an executive with more than 25+ years of experience in purchasing, selling, leasing, developing and re-positioning businesses and properties. Prior, Todd had service as the President of Yellowstone Industries Inc., being the majority owner of this nationally and regionally ranked environmental construction firm. Yellowstone Industries Inc. had been based in Hempstead, New York and employed 65 people prior to closing.
